Shipping Policy

Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Our processing schedule runs Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping delivers within 3-5 business days once your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, severe weather, or peak holiday seasons may occasionally affect delivery dates.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, save all packaging and email us at risenkingthe@gmail.com right away.

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, double check your shipping address and look around your property. If it still hasn't turned up, email us at risenkingthe@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
